GPay fail but debit card was charged

Hi today I try to buy 4 tickets from Interlaken West to Grindelwald for the 18 May from the SBB mobile app (Android). At the payment screen I chose Google Pay and it said payment failed. Your payment did not go through.

Yet it was debited. And no tickets are issued.

Any suggestions?

A similar question has been answered a few hours ago:

There is actually no need to prepurchase such tickets. You could purchase them on the day of travel with no financial disadvantage. No Swiss resident would purchase such tickets in advance.

Thank you and noted. Will not make another attempt to buy.

I’ll just keep an eye if there is a reversal in the card transaction statement.
