Seat reservations

Good morning, I purchased this morning the boat/rail trip from Luzern to Lugano Switzerland, and have received my tickets. my question is how do I make seat reservations for the train portion of the trip on the Gotthard express, or are they necessary if I want seats in the dining car do that need to be reserved also. You have to make seat reservations with the Gotthard Panorama Express directly, they are mandatory.

Thanks for your reply. When I go to the link you provided in order to select seats it is asking me to purchase tickets. I already purchased two first class tickets on the Swiss Rail site. Can you assist with how I just make the seat reservations. I do not see how to select seats only. Is there a customer service rep at SBB that can assist. Thanks for your interest and assistance.
