We are planning a family trip to Switzerland.
There will be two adults and one child (9 years old).
The adults will use the Swiss Half Fare Card, and the child will have a Swiss Family Card.
One of our trips is from Wengen to Florence.
I have a question about buying tickets for this journey.
I understand that the Half Fare Card and Family Card can be used within Switzerland.
However, when I try to book the tickets online, I don’t see an option to select “Family Card” for the child.
My questions are:
Is it okay to select the “Junior Travel Card” option for the child when booking?
Or is it not possible to book this type of ticket (with the Family Card) through the app?
