Yes, all capital letters names, etc.
And, did you make sure your device is using the automatic time update, and is not set to manual?
Yes, the automatic time zone function is “on”
And, did you try different devices?
Yes, I try in Android and a few moment in IOS and didn’t work.
And, did you try purchasing from Trenitalia or Trainline?
Not yet, but maybe could be the last option but I have some question, maybe you can advise me:
I was thinking in buy the tickets through in Omio Platform because shows more schedules and options, ¿Do you recommend buy through this App?
(Trainline only show option at late hours and honestly doesn’t work my schedule).
