On 26/02/2023 at 14.45 I tried to buy an international ticket on your website without logging-in. Although, the cost of the ticket was withdrawn from my account, the system didn’t give me the ticket. Instead, I got a message showing that the journey is no longer available. How can I ask the refund of my money or the ticket itself? And at the moment the call center is not reachable, either.
