The source of inoformation (back-end) is the same, no matter which platforn (web / mobile). We are unable to verify ourselves without a date.
For routes abroad it is definitely advisable to book with the operator, in this case SNCF. In case of issues or troubles it is easier to deal with operator than through a reseller.
