Hi. I’m trying to book a trip to travel with my bike from Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Bern. Through Deutsche Bahn the system only books a space for my bike in the German trains. In SBB, when I select to show me only trains that transport bikes, some times, your system shows me options with trains from Zurich to Bern that don’t have the bike symbol (but that in Deutsche Bahn do have). In addition, when I look for combinations on other days (that have the bike symbol in your system), that require a reservation, I never see the option to check that I’m travelling with my bike as indicated in the instructions in your website, i.e., “the plus sign at the bottom next to the bicycle symbol once” after that I tap on the Edit passenger option. I have tried with the App, logging-in, and as a guest. So, I have no idea how I can travel with my bike to Switzerland and buy the required ticket or reservation. In most of the cases this is for the route Zurich-Bern. Can you please help me?
Also, if I buy my personal ticket through SBB, that will never show me the reservation options for the German trains, right? This means that, if the reservation is required for a German train, my only option would be to buy the ticket through Deutsche Bahn?
