I am planning to purchase two 15 day Swiss Travel Passes and two accompanying Swiss Family Card for my children on the sub.ch website. I understand that for the tickets to show up in the app I need to purchase them with the same login credentials as I use with the app. My concern is that we may not always travel everywhere together so I need to figure out how my wife and I can both have, at a minimum, our own Swiss Travel Pass and both Swiss Family Cards in the app on our phone. My questions are as follows: 1. Will the Swiss Family Cards for my children also show up in the app under my login? 2. If I purchase all the passes together using my login, will my wife then be able to load her ticket and the kids Family Cards into the app on her phone if she has a different account? If not, will she be able to login into the app on her phone with my id and password and access the tickets? 4. If my wife and I each purchases our Swiss Travel Passes separately under separate id and passwords, can we both add Family Cards for the kids? Thanks so much for your help. YES, provided you have declared the kids while you purchased your STP and activated the checkbox to receive the complimentary Swiss Family Card.

NO. She would have to use your account; the same account can be used on three different devices.

If not, will she be able to login into the app on her phone with my id and password and access the tickets?

YES, see above.

YES, given you both declare the kids when purchasing the STP.

You are very welcome. Simply keep in mind that e-tickets require your physical passport (no passport copies, no images on smartphones) whenever you show your STP / SFC.
