Children’s Co-Travelcard

Hi,
Hello, my mother is going to Switzerland for a week with my son. She will have bought a Swiss pass. Can she use the Children’s Co-Travelcard for her grandson? Is it possible to buy it online or only at the ticket office? My mother does not speak English or German etc., so I am a little worried whether she will be able to buy it at th corner. Will she have to fill out something or is it enough if she has a photo of her grandson and his passport? Will she get the card right away?

She will probably use the Swiss Travel Pass. Yes, she can get it at the counter for CHF 30.

She has to provide the child’s name, date of birth, her name, her date of birth and the relation. And, both passports.

At the counter, they might have an employee knowing her language. However, I wondered, what will she do in case of an emergency when she is not knowing any local language?
