I am a foreign traveler. Can I get a Children’s Co-Tavelcard at the counter?

If my son has a Children’s Co-Tavelcard, can he travel free of charge with me with a saver day pass?

For your son you’d need the Junior Card which is identical with the Children Co-Travel Card yet for parents. For tourists, the Junior Travel Card is issued as a paper ticket and not on the SwissPass card. You can get it at any staffed railway counter.

Yes, the Junior Travel Card allows your son to travel free of charge when accompanied by you.

Kindly check the link provided. There is stated:

The parent accompanying the child must have a valid ticket for 1st or 2nd class. The child can then travel with them in the relevant class for free.

The Junior Travel Card is valid together with any ticket; thus, yes, also with the Saver Day Pass.
