Hello.

The payment was made but I didn’t receive the ticket.
Even if I check the order details, I can’t check it.
How can I get a ticket by e-mail?

1) SBB 계정: (SBB Admin: Email removed. Reason: public forum. Please do not post any personal data)
2) Symptom: Credit card payment completed → ticket not received

The ticket purchase failed if you have not received the e-mail confirmation. The amount on your credit card was reserved only and will again be released in the next hours.
