I recommend the following. Delete the application data and the cache in the settings of your smartphone. You can do this under “Settings” → “Apps” → “SBB Mobile” → “Memory” → “Clear data and cache”.
This also resets the timetable favourites and the touch timetable on the SBB Mobile app.
If the problem persists, please fill out the contact form on the app under Help and Feedback. The specialists will then analyse the problem.
