Purchased without login: Check your emails. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail with the ticket as a PDF file.
Purchased with login: Your orders are visible in your account. Log in at sbb.ch and click on ‘Orders’. Your ticket will be displayed there. (You will also receive an e-mail with the ticket)
If you have not received an e-mail, it is best to contact the SBB Contact Centre on +41 (0)848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) to check the purchase.
