REGARDING RECENT PURCHASE OF SWISS TRAVEL PASS

I have purchased swiss travel pass online through SBB website but its not showing in my purchase history. Where can I fine my pass details and how to redeem at station.

A personal hint: when you want to purchase from the SBB webshop, please make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID, a security standard that is required by many European webshops, including SBB.

Did you purchase the Swiss Travel Pass as a guest, and only created the account after?

RolandP Nope I purchased after login with Email ID. Amount is debited from my account but there was no confirmation mail received either.

In this case you should have it in your e-mail provided the purchased worked.

Call SBB to see if there is a ticket on file: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).

One more question I would like to ask if any chance my this online pass is not issued and is it possible that we can by 15 days travel pass on spot from there and how much time it will take to process it?

Yes, you can. The SBB Travel Center can issue the Swiss Travel Pass for instant use. It is, however, a paper ticket and not an e-ticket. In case of loss of the ticket, there is no replacement.

Watch your credit card statement; if the purchase was not successful, the reservation on your card should disappear in the next hours.
