I recently booked a train ticket through your service, but I realized that the passenger name was entered incorrectly during the reservation process. I would like to ask if it is necessary for the name on the ticket to exactly match the passenger’s real name in order to use the ticket.
If so, would it be possible to change the name on the ticket?
The current ticket ID is •••••••••••••, and the name on the ticket is Kim Sikhye. I would like to change it to Kim Eunho if possible.
