Let me this if I can tell you . I’m not able to get to your message on my computer. So I will tell best I can. I got message from Swiss Travel Centre, click on links to download your ticket to your wallet app. Click on link to print your tickets. Did both.
Now on the app I have a Swiss Pass. I go there below click to manually add tickets, you put in your ticket purchase 2nd class, 1st class etc. It doesn’t actually put them in, but allows you to say what you purchased so that when you do want to purchase a train you’re not charged. And you have them in your wallet. Seems like there’s another step I can’t remember.
