Good afternoon,
I had a ticket booked this morning from Bologna to Zurich and I need to take a train 2 hours earlier. I tried to change or refund the ticket and it said it’s not possible in the app. I thought maybe the same ticket is ok, but controller said I need to book a new ticket and ask for a refund at the office. At SBB office I was told I need to contact SBB online or call.
All tickets are attached, could you please help?
