Booked Super Saver Ticket for Wrong Date – Any Way to Change or Refund?

Hi,

I made a mistake and accidentally booked Super Saver tickets from Lucerne to Lugano for June 12, but I was supposed to travel on June 11 😭
I’m aware that Super Saver tickets are generally non-refundable, but I’m hoping there might be some way to change the date or at least get partial credit.

I purchased 3 tickets together, and here is the Ticket ID for one of them:

It is indeed the case that Supersaver tickets are non-refundable.

For security reasons, please never publish ticket information on a publicly accessible website.
