Hello, I can’t find the clear way how to refund my money back due your technical issue because the order is not display in the order menu.
Today I was tried to buy 8-day Swiss Travel Pass for 419 CHF , after the payment proceed it shows the next message - The purchase could not carried out , a technical error has occurred …
In the order section is nothing , in the email is nothing but the money has been charged successfully.
How can I refund my money back if there is no order confirmation and etc. ?
