YULIIA1803 I have done payment for tickets in SwissApp. Costs had been charged. Result: no tickets in app , no on e-mail. Did anyone had this issue and how solve it?

RolandP Hello YULIIA1803 It may take multiple days. This is an issue to be resolved by the payment providers and your bank. In case of a failed purchase, SBB has not received your money at all. Kind regards, Roland
