Saver day pass for Switzerland then normal price to Milan?

I’m planning a trip from Basel to Milano and was wondering if it works to get a saver day pass and then from brig to milano pay the normal fare? Can I just get the day pass and then enter that i have a GA on the app when making the purchase? Thanks for any pointers

No, it’s not allowed to use the GA discount with a Saver Day Pass. You must buy a ticket from Domodossola to Milano. I suggest to buy it on Trenitalia.com or in the Trenitalia app because it is an internal Italian ticket.
