Yes, it offers the equal benefits and can be purchased by people who are not the parents.
For parents, there is the Junior Card, if they do not own a Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card.
The Children’s Co-Travelcard and the Junior Card can be purchased online by residents. The tourists can purchase it at the travel center in the stations, only.
