May I check if I need to repurchase a new ticket, or is it possible to amend the name on my current supersaver ticket that I have purchased? I just realised that my first name was entered incorrectly — it appears as “Am” instead of “Amy.” However, my last name and date of birth are correct.
My Half-Fare Travelcard also has the correct details, which match my passport. Could you advise me on how to proceed with this situation?
