Ghuhabuegh43 I bought two point to point tickets from Zurich airport to Wengen. My ticket shows half fare, his does not. I obviously missed something. How do I correct this?###

Ghuhabuegh43 Yes, both tickets read point to point. Is there any way I can get this changed? Maybe it’s not fixable and we’ll have to pay full price for one. If it can’t be rectified in advance, can I go to a SBB office upon arrival at the airport?
RolandP Hello Ghuhabuegh43 Provided you had created a customer account before purchasing the ticket, you can simply cancel the ticket via the three dots at the upper right corner when opening the ticket (in the SBB Mobile app, for example). Then repurchase. If it was purchased as a guest, please request a refund here (a CHF 10 processing fee is deducted): https://www.sbb.ch/de/hilfe-und-kontakt/erstattung-entschaedigung/rueckerstattung/erstattungsformular.html Kind regards, Roland
Danhiel Hello Ghuhabuegh43 I would add that It would be too late to cancel the ticket at the airport, refunds are only possible before the start of validity (until the day before). Kind regards Danhiel
