I had purchased online four 8-day Swiss travel passes for me and my family a couple of months back. We are yet to reach Switzerland to start our vacation. I have found that half fare card would be much more cost effective for us instead of the travel card. I would like to cancel the passes now. If I remember correctly, the passes were purchased directly from the SBB website. I have the physical tickets with me but it does not show customer ID, which the site is asking for in order to proceed with cancellation. 1. How do I know my customer ID? 2.
