Swiss Travel Pass/GA Card

I accidentally entered that we have a GA card on my SBB profile and bought tickets but now realize that is the wrong card, since we have a Swiss Travel card. I can’t change the card in my profile. What do I do now?

What kind of tickets did you buy? It is usually not necessary to buy tickets with a Swiss Travel Pass, except for mountain excursions or international journeys.

It’s a ticket from Basel to Paris

I suggest to call the SBB Contact Center. It is not possible for us to know if this ticket was issued with a GA discount or not. With the Swiss Travel Pass you have no reduction between Basel and Paris.
