ewjkroiko I purchased a monthly half fare card instead of the annual one and only just realised. I’ve already used it so can’t get a refund, but would like to upgrade it to the annual version?
RolandP Hello ewjkroiko Welcome to the SBB Community. It is not possible to ugrade the Swiss Half Fare Card. If the validity start date is still in the future, you can cancel it. The cancellation fee is CHF 10: https://www.sbb.ch/en/help-and-contact/refunds-compensation/refunds-compensation/refund-form.html Btw, if you want to make a Swiss citizen happy, a hi before asking a question is considered a nice gesture in our culture.
