luggage station to station

Could you pls advise if I want to book Online station to station service but I have no Switzerland phone no. what should i input?

There is no need to book this service in advance. Simply go to the station with your luggage and request a shipment.

Keep in mind:

Delivery times
You must have tickets valid for the same route as for which you would like to ship your luggage.

Is Swiss Travel Pass (not SwissPass) good for shipping luggage from station to station.In the main luggage page, there is no clear verbage to indicate Swiss Travel Pass while other cards including half-fare card but no mention of Swiss Travel Pass.
If the luggage is transported to the station, I read that it will be held the destination stations for 4 days for free of cost and then addl 5 CHF per day ? We would like to ship the luggage to our respective destinations (we will be there within 3days) in our itinerary and ship it back to Zurich Airport station (Our return back to Zurich could be more than 4 days)
Upto 23Kgs is weight for a single item or can it be multiple bags.
4.I see you mentioned no need to book the service online, do we need to fill any forms in advance to save time at the counters.
