I lost my raincoat in Switzerland and it was found and sent to the station closest to my hotel. But I have since left Switzerland and cannot pick up my item and need it shipped to the US. The link provided when it was lost does not work (says it cannot find a lost item report with the reference number) and whenever I call the call cancels before it even rings. I tried reaching out via social media but they tell me to use the link or call. I don’t know what to do.
