Cheannaushoa82 I bought the Swiss Travel Pass 8 days. The email came with ticket id, reference number and order id. The Swiss pass mobile app is asking for customer number. How can I find it?
RolandP Hello Cheannaushoa82 Welcome to the SBB Community. It cannot be seen in the SBB Mobile App if it wasn’t purchased as a registered user. You cannot import a ticket or travel card into the SBB Mobile App that was purchased as a guest.
