What travel pass for 10 day trip for Family of 5 (2 under 16)???

Looking for advice on Half Share vs. Flex Pass or Swiss Travel Pass or Regional Berner Oberland. We are a family of 5, children are ages 17, 15 and 12. We are flying to Zurich, train to Lucern, then train to Interlaken, drive to Lugano, but then train from Lugano back to Zurich. We plan to take various shorter train, boat, and cablecar rides in each town location, possibly daily. Also a trip to Jungfraujoch. We will be in Switzerland 10 days. Any advice is very much appreciated.
