For example: - **IC1** trains have the alert "Limited service between Uzwil and Gossau SG (train) Due to construction" Does this mean the train won't get to St. Gallen at all? - **IR13** trains have the alert "Access to Zürich Flughafen station is restricted" There is another sub-alert about airport elevator malfunction but why does only IR13 have this alert? Or does this alert mean that the IR13 train doesn't stop at the airport station at all? - **RE** (Direction St. Gallen) midnight train doesn't have any alerts despite going through construction area, although it splits into two trains with different directions? Is there more information about this construction work and is any of the 3 trains safe to take to St. Gallen during this limited service time period?

Don’t overthink this. The elevator to platofrm ½ is out of order at Zurich Airport. That information is important for people who absolutely need that elevator. And a few trains have been cancelled between Uzwil and Gossau. The SBB is just being very precise. The trains that are shown as running on the timetable will run.
