I want to travel from Zurich Airport to St. Gallen late in the evening on 04.06.2025 (after 22:00) but trains have limited service alerts that aren’t very descriptive - “There is limited service alert for 03.06.2025 to 06.06.2025, respectively from 22:00 to 05:00 for Uzwil - Gossau SG segment.”
For example:
IC1 trains have the alert “Limited service between Uzwil and Gossau SG (train) Due to construction”
Does this mean the train won’t get to St. Gallen at all?
IR13 trains have the alert “Access to Zürich Flughafen station is restricted”
There is another sub-alert about airport elevator malfunction but why does only IR13 have this alert? Or does this alert mean that the IR13 train doesn’t stop at the airport station at all?
RE (Direction St. Gallen) midnight train doesn’t have any alerts despite going through construction area, although it splits into two trains with different directions?
Is there more information about this construction work and is any of the 3 trains safe to take to St. Gallen during this limited service time period?
