Hi, I’ve just booked a luggage transfer which is due for collection tomorrow, however I still haven’t received any email/text message asking for delivery window, and it’s way past 8pm.
I can’t call call center as I dont have a Switzerland number. are there any other ways of contacting SBB asap? Can I request a callback?
I would also like to ask if the 23kg limit is per baggage? Or for the cumulative total of the baggages?
