Technical Error in mobile phone verification

Two days before landing in Switzerland and I’ve already purchased Swisspass 3 days through the official website with my SBB account.
I have been trying to obtain my ID number on the official website (https://www.swisspass.ch/info/welcome?lang=en) and I get stuck everytime at the mobile phone verification.
Although I’m typing in my Japanese phone number in the specified manner, the verification SMS wouldn’t arrive to my phone.
I need the ID number in order to book the Glacier Alpine Crossing ticket at a reduced price.
(The Alpine Crossing website says; ”Please note that discounted tickets are exclusively available with a valid SBB half-fare/GA travelcard and must be charged onto the SwissPass card. Please carry the SwissPass card with you (mobile SwissPass is not possible).”)

Is there any way to get the ID number, or the Swisspass travel card without mobile verification?
If there’s like an information center in Switzerland where I can get the ID number, that would be better.
OR if I can get an eSIM with Swiss phone number, would it be possible?

Please help ASAP!

It is not possible to obtain a SwissPass Card with a Swiss Travel Pass for tourists. You can buy the tickets for the Matterhorn Alpine Crossing after your arrival in Switzerland at the valley station or at the tourist office in Zermatt.

Please keep in mind that you have not purchased a SwissPass, you have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass.

SwissPass= for Swiss residents
Swiss Travel Pass= for tourists.

Therefore, you cannot make use of the SwissPass and can purchase the ticket on-site only. The Matterhorn Paradise website is very confusing and causing us a lot of questions. We wish they would finally precise their website. As it is a private provider, SBB has nothing to do with this offer.

But there is no issue: we anyway do not recommend purchasing mountain excursion tickets in advance. What if the weather is bad or stormy and you do not want / cannot do this excursion? It will mean you have to request a refund. When purchasing tickets once you are in Zermatt, you also safely know the weather forecast for the next days.

Keep in mind, Swiss people love niceties like the Japanese do. Saying hello before asking a question is considered polite in our culture.
