Railaway leisure ticket date change

Hello, Is it possible to change date in a railaway leisure ticket purchased for brienz rothorn. I have already filled a refund form where i have mentioned this date change but got a reply that the processing time is 15 days, while my travel is in 4-5 days.

It is not possible to amend travel dates of train ticket.

The official process is to request a refund a ticket and repurchase. The cancellation and refund of Railaway tickets is a manual task to be done by an SBB employee; consequently it takes a few days to be processed.

RolandP So should i make another reservation for the new date without waiting for their reply?
My current ticket is 10th of June, i want to take a newer one for 12th.

Yes, if you have sufficient funds and the ticket is cancellable. It depends on the railway offer and the ticket you have got.
