Dear Sir,

I got point to point ticket while not log in. and then I received ticket by mail with QR code.

after that, I installed SBB mobile app. but I could not my ticket in SBB app and could not add ticked Apple wallet.

I want to know how to add my ticket to SBB app & Apple wallet.

My travel schedule is 28th. please contact to me ASAP.

Kindly note, tickets that were bought without an account cannot be added or displayed in the app. This is solely possible when logged in during the purchase and same account is later used for the authentication on the app.

Simply download the ticket as PDF and show it as PDF to the conductor.

Kindly note further, this a public forum, be patient when asking for help. Furthermore, for your own security it is stronlgy advised not to publish the private e-mail address. We will not contact people by e-mail to answer questions. Thank you.
