Hello, I would like to know if I can get a refund for my half fare travelcard, me and my wife both purchased two annual swiss pass travelcards (190 chf each) as we though we would stay in Switzerland to live and work, but things quickly changed in one month, we are leaving and we have the Abmeldebestätigung.
If so, where can we send this request, I’ve tried the online website, swisspass.ch and the email of service@sbb.ch. Although nothing seems to work.
