Reserved seats

Thank you for your patience with a newbie. We have the Swiss Travel Pass. I reserved seats for the Lucerne Interlaken Express and paid for them. We have the STP so I didn’t think I needed to do annythinf else.

In looking at the SBB times and train I thought we would be on, it doesn’t look line it matches up to the tickets I reserved. (Dining Car, 1st class, carriage 7).

What am I missing? Thank you.

Welcome to the SBB Community.

The Swiss Travel Pass is fine for any train. It allows travel at will, no matter which train.

What departure time does the seat reservation read? You can find all trains schedules here: www.sbb.ch/en.

Our support here is limited as the seat reservations are handled by the train operators, in your case by Zentralbahn.

Perhaps you can share a screenshot with your reservation, but make sure you are hiding any personal information such as ticket number or passenger name.
