Hi, our train from Geneva to Paris was delayed by 1.5 hours - we had booked the tickets on the SBB app - as I understand we can claim compensation of 25 percent of the amount in this case
However how can we get the compensation on credit card? We tried to fill the form on the SBB app but how to add the credit card details - As we do not have IBAN …please could you guide on the same ?
