I successfully bought a Saver Day Pass for 10th August one week ago, and received the email ticket. Ten minutes later, I tried to buy a Saver Day Pass for 11th August using the same credit card. At the end of the process it said “There has been a technical problem” and the process errored out.
I have waited one week to make sure it was not just a temporary hold on the credit card - it was not. The charge is real.
How can I get either (a) the ticket I paid for, or (b) a refund?
NB: I only created my SBB account to make this post - the tickets were purchased without an account.
