Hi everyone,
This is my first time in the EU, so I’m a bit confused. I purchased two 8-day Swiss Travel Passes, but during the checkout process, I wasn’t able to log in, so I selected the “Continue as a Guest” option.
Now I can’t find the “Customer Number” in the confirmation email or the ticket PDF, which means I can’t link the pass to the SBB app or make seat reservations. I’ve also tried contacting customer support multiple times, but it always says “not available at this time.
