Saver Day Pass with Half Fare Card

I will be in Switzerland for 2 days, and I have purchased Saver Day Passes for both days. However, during the payment process, I selected the ‘Half Fare Card’ option because it showed a lower price. After completing the payment, I realized that the Half Fare Card is a separate discount card that I do not actually have. What will happen if I use the Saver Day Pass without owning a valid Half Fare Card? Is there any way for me to change or upgrade my ticket?

Your scenario is one of those listed exceptional cases (‘wrong customer group’). You’ll need to get 2 SDPs at full fare first, and an administration fee of 10.- will apply.

Getting a Swiss Half Fare Card for 120.- as alternative would probably be more expensive overall.
