Reference to order no:•••••••••••••, on 27th May 2025, bought 3 nos of tickets for travel date 5th June 2025 from Vairano-Caianello - Roma Termini, but for some reason tickets needed to be cancelled, so I clicked the Refund button for the same. But it has been observed lately that no cancellation proceeded and no amount has been refunded. Kindly look into this matter and request your help & support to resolve the matter.
