I bought a ticket through Omio - is this still valid? I cant seem to join omio ticket on the SBB app.

I wondered, however, why you have purchased Omio tickets if you could have well done so with SBB at www.sbb.ch/en ?

It is not possible to add tickets to the SBB Mobile app that were not purchased with a third-party ticketing platform or as a guest.

i just saw a link on google and i thought it was the right one 🙁 didnt know i could buy off the website direct. wasnt sponsored just in organic search terms

The ticket is going to be OK. But there is no way to add tickets bought elsewhere to the SBB app. So you will have to make sure you can show the QR code to the train conductor trhough some other means.
