Hello. I recently registered on SBB and signed up with the mobile app. I tried to buy two tourist Half Fare cards for an upcoming trip. There was an error message when I clicked to complete my purchase so I assumed my transaction didn’t go through. The cards are not showing up in my Orders - however, my credit card has been charged. Is there typically a delay in the cards being made available?
