You have to be careful what you choose, especially for non-refundable offers
There is actually no refund possible for this type of ticket.
Check with SBB if they make an exception, fill in this form:

Just be aware of the fact that using public transit services without the half fare card cean cost you a fortune. The Swiss Half Fare Card is a good investment if you spend CHF 240 or more on tickets per person. Plus, children travel for free with the Swiss Family Card
