Inquiry about refund due to reason for duplicate purchase of superserver ticket

I requested a refund of superseraver tickets on the SBB mobile app for the reason of purchasing duplicate tickets, can I know when the refund will be approved and refunded? On the same day, I purchased supersaver tickets and saverday tickets and requested a refund.

You will get an e-mail when the refund request was approved. The tickets must meet the refund conditions.

As we are not the SBB Customet Service we are unable to see the status of your request.

As a general advice, first plan your day, then purchase tickets. Not the other way around.
