Hello SBB team,
I’m from the beautiful country of Guatemala and I want to visit your marvelous country on September. The website and the app are not letting me purchase any train tickets and I want to purchase them in advance. I’ve tried multiple times and it won’t let me. I have tried with multiple Visa Cards and it won’t let me (both debit and credit cards). I tried purchasing the Half Fare Card but could not. I ended up purchasing that at the Switzerland Travel Centre.
Please let me know what I can do.
