I have been notified by SBB that my reply was erreneous. The loyalty price is only granted if the Half Fare Card is renewed seamlessly.

I had in mind that the loyalty price is also granted when renewing within one year. However, I was mistaken. Sorry for it. I have updated my previous reply accordingly.

After 12 years of being a member and hvibg paid every year, am I eligible for a loyalty discount now that I’m coming back?

Or what is loyalty for SBB?

No, the loyalty price is not granted.

Kindly note, we are not the SBB customer service. We are a support forum run by volunteering travel experts.

The half fare card cannot be purchased in the SBB Mobile app. Get it from cff.ch, or at the ticket desk.
