My Half Fare card expires on 20 June, 2025, I have not received any link in email or in text message, I do not have an invoice for the next one year extension. How do I get the next year extension and how can I pay for it?? My Swisspass card No S02-264-536-086

Any suggestions welcome!

How about going to a station to see a ticket agent at the SBB travel center?

For foreigners with a living address in another country, the half fare card is not automatically renewed.
